Training
philosophy
I
believe that if you train hard and follow a clean
diet, you can maintain a year around decent physique.
I eat moderate carbs, high protein, and low fat
except for my flax oil all year around. If you
think of it as a lifestyle and not a diet, it's
much easier to continue and maintain.

Training
should always keep the body suprised and never let it
get used to the same routine. Change
em' up and you'll get the results you want. I also feel
you should train by what you enjoy. I love hiking
and sprinting and being in nature, so I try to do much
of my cardio outside if possible. Taking time off and
giving your body suficient time to rest is a huge key
to keep from getting burned out. It also recharges the
muscle for growth. Natural competitors and athletes
can easily over train and completely destroy the look
you are going for. I think what ever you do fitness
or exercise related should be something you really like,
makes you feel great, and thus you'll also stick with
it longer.
